Another stretch that you can do is the camel and cat stretch. What you need to do is to get down on your knees with your arms on the floor. now, starting thinking like a camel and then push your back going up. Hold this position for 5 seconds. Then next, think like a cat and then lower your back like you are pushing your stomach to the ground. Then hold this position for about 5 seconds. Then repeat this stretching for 5 to 10 times.
