Morning Fitness Plans That You Can Do At Home


There are a lot of people that wants to do their workouts in the morning and most of them do these workouts at home as part of their fitness plan.  Depending on your preference, but the fitness plan that you can have can be basic or intense depending on the goal that you have. In this article, we will be talking about the simple ways on how you will be able to achieve your at home fitness plans at home.

The very first thing that you can do is to use the outdoors. Your very outdoor can be your very own gym. A simple walk right around the neighborhood can already be a part of your fitness plan. A walk for about 20-30 minutes is already equivalent to walking a 1-mile distance. In order to make sure that you will not just be doing walking or jogging, you can have an interval of different exercise routines every 20-30 minutes or each time you will have your break. You can a variety of different exercise and include it on your jogging or walking routine for you to have variations each and every time.

Know why diets fail? Another thing that you can also do as part your fitness plan at home is to do morning stretches. Stretching is also one of the simplest ways for you to get fit. Many people use yoga mats in order for them to be comfortable while they do their stretching each morning.  There are many basic stretches that you can actually perform but one, in particular, is called the full trunk turn. This is very simple as what you have to do is to stand with your hands on your hips and then start turning. 15-20 trunk turns would be enough to get you started with the other fitness regimen that you have.  A camel or cat stretch is also a type of stretching that you can do. This is also simple as you only have to get down on your knees with both of your arms on the floor and then push your back up. Hold that position for at least 5 seconds and the lower your back and your stomach towards the ground. Again, hold this position for another 5 seconds and then repeat for about 5-10 times.

Another thing that you can also do as part of your fitness plan is to pursue fitness DVD. Over the years, many people are still using DVD’s to do exercises at home and until now it is still an inexpensive way to get fit. You can do your workout without even having to leave your home.
